Dear Friends,

We are moving inexorably from the Age of Authority, and a civilisation based on conflict between apparent opposites, into an Age of Experience and a new civilisation based on the recognition of the whole of life and the integration of all its component parts according to their purpose and point of growth within the whole. Human consciousness is moving (however slowly in its outer expression) towards an essentialised view that sees life and its expression from the inner world of reality rather than from the world of outer effects. We are seeking more and more to understand cause and to deal with issues at their source rather than after they have manifested. We are opening the door to the future and to a new era against the pull of all the old understandings and past authorities whose limitations are becoming ever more evident.

Many experiments and forays into a new consciousness are going on around the world. One approach is described in the books by Merle Stubbs who relates the experiences of a life's work of unfolding group realisation. Quoted below is the "Author's Note" which prefaces the books and sets the context of the group experience:
"It is something of a challenge to write a book that may convey a way of working which is focussed in and from the world of subjective reality. The only substantive evidence of this reality that we may point to lies in the changed perception of the world around us, of group life and its workers and countless other transformations that are the result of viewing and living life from the inside out.

Rather than writing only about principles and teachings we have decided to allow a vision to unfold through the story of a lifetime of experiment, experience and observation in group methods of working in and for a new era. It is not the aim to define occult fact in this book. This is readily available in many publications. We are not seeking to present a thesis but rather a method of group implementation. There are many experiments underway across the world at this time of transition into a new age and this is just one of them.

We are all preparing a way for the future that will look considerably different from that which we have known in the past. This future is open before us. Freedom is its keynote and responsibility its implement.

The revelation and function from the subtle planes of being is relatively more simple than the efforts and striving of many people would make it appear. The secret to success lies only in the point of focus of our lives and thought - and the capacity to apprehend the emerging reality without undue concentration upon the format or the presentation itself.

The tendency of the human race to identify with the form side of life, including that of various writings and teachings, stands in the way of movement into a new time of revelation qualified by the energies now flowing into the planet. So, part of the preparatory work we have to do is in breaking down those past incorporated ideas that lock up consciousness, in order to freely embrace whatever Life holds in store for the human race in the next stage of the Way ahead of us all.

Seen from the inner dimension there is a subtle force which produces a curious veil that has the effect of obscuring any possible clarity of vision of true reality - how things truly are. People can throw a veil over an entire circumstance. Of course this difficulty is offset by actually living from the inside out. Veils are no longer veils. They are seen for what they are as we note the motivation and the nature of the forces that drive any individual's expression, demands, requirements, and just what brand of 'philosophy' they embrace - very often the 'philosophy of self'. This is not necessarily seen by the individual and is invariably the product of acceptance of some 'very good teaching' or other. It is often self-righteous and inclined to impose its acceptance upon others, if that is possible.

This deceptive veil operates without a person's seeming deliberation. It is driven by the 'very good' belief system itself and therefore not so obviously related to the person 'operating'. This veil develops its own life. Anything orthodox creates its own veil and people consequently become the victim of their own acceptances. We must not confuse this veil with those that form a natural screen veiling successive stages of realisation from us until we are ready.

When we live life, or even observe life, from the subtle dimension, these illusory veils can have no effect upon us and as we remain centred in consciousness all involved are aware of the change in energy freeing up expression with transformative effects. Interaction always implies response. If we do not or cannot respond to the illusory veils we allow reality to enter for all concerned.

So, what are the basic guidelines if we would reveal the new truths and expanded spiritual presentations for our time? They are worked out into expression in the fire of our experience and given to the world. This is not merely theoretical or academic but is distilled from the essence of our experience. It cannot depend for conveyance upon past methods or techniques which place something between the seeker and that sought, albeit as a bridge across. We enter the world of direct knowing. We enter the realm of Life itself, leaving behind earlier processes of spiritual unfoldment. All things are perceived and understood in entirety. With that we are now identified.

The question is: what is emerging on our planet? And what are we doing to bring it to birth? We are by no means separate from it. It comes to birth by the very process of our involvement. People are just not used to experiencing their true being (let alone identical ones) as everywhere and at all times present. Separation has crept into souls. We reverse this human misapprehension and demonstrate the capacity to erase those protective barriers we have all positioned through a long, long history of a human race.

Nothing, nothing, is really anything like we have thought!"

In fact everything we think, feel and do and, even more than that, everything we ARE - our very identity - is as Humanity. Every part reflects the whole for we are part of it, imbued with it and its purpose flows through us and expresses via the lens of our understanding. Even our DNA reflects this. The whole is the greater group, the greater life, which we enter when we leave behind the limits of a merely personal consciousness and when our point of focus moves beyond the world of form and into the realms of reality from where all is seen as it truly is. We are then able to embrace the whole from a unique point within it.
